It is a joy to learn about people and their inner lives. I love what I do and work in technology marketing. I meditate often, though not very well. Creativity is another important activity in my wellness routine. As a comedian, storyteller and actor, I share positive messages about mental health. I am able to live with bipolar disorder most of the day and have overcome addictions (nine years clean) as well as social anxiety.
